Film Cutting And Slitting Machine


Film scutters are composed of unwinding mechanism, cutting mechanism, winding mechanism, functional rollers, tension control and deviation correction control and detection devices.  Its working principle is: the metallized film raw materials released from the unwinding mechanism enter the cutting mechanism through the flattening roller, tension detection roller, enabling roller and deviation correction system. After the raw materials are cut, they are rewound by the winding mechanism into standard film coils respectively.  

PLC to complete the operation, control each part of the action, to achieve the system's self-diagnosis function;  

As a man-machine interface, the touch screen accepts the operator's instructions and sets and displays various operating parameters.  

Inverter drives the main drive motor to provide movement and power for each transmission mechanism;  

Unwinding tension control system adopts constant tension unwinding to ensure that raw materials are not deformed and wrinkle-free in the process of scuttling.  

The winding tension control system adopts constant torque winding to make the finished material winding properly loose and the end face of the film winding neat;  

The correction control system corrects the deviation caused by various factors in the process of raw material or transmission, so that the cutting edge is always kept in the center of the metallized film isolation belt in the process of cutting, to ensure the realization of the precision of edge leaving;  

The power supply outputs an adjustable DC voltage of 0 ~ 900V, which is applied on both sides of the metallized film by the enabling roller. In the process of membrane material transfer, all kinds of conductive and semi-conductive impurities in the film medium are removed, which can effectively improve the quality of the capacitor.  

The signal detected by the sensor is sent to PLC to record the length, diameter and various motion states of the film coil after cutting to realize automatic control of the system.
